Whenever possible, we will combine items from your order into a single shipment. However, due to variations in size, weight, or availability, some items may need to be shipped separately and charged accordingly. Backordered items will be dispatched as they become available, and their shipping charges will be added to the invoice at the time of dispatch. You will receive an email notification with a link to complete the payment using your preferred method. To avoid delays, if we do not receive a response within 24hrs, the shipping charge for backordered items will be added to your original invoice and charged to the payment method provided. If this is unsuitable, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative payment option.
We work with trusted courier partners offering competitive rates, ensuring most major city deliveries are completed within 24-36hours.
Shipping charges are determined based on the weight, size, and destination postcode of your order and are included in your final invoice at the time of dispatch. For deliveries to remote or rural areas, as well as oversized packages or pallet orders, additional charges may apply based on the courier service or Australia Post rates.
