Overview
Montessori Hundred Board Activity Set is a core Montessori Mathematics material designed to provide concrete understanding of abstract concepts. Introduce the Hundred Board to children through the Activity Set to practice number sequences and patterns. Includes self-checking cards. It is not necessary for children to be able to count from zero to 100 before you introduce the Hundred Board and the Activity Set exercises. However, we do suggest that they have had some experience with the Sequin boards and related activities before commencing with this material. The Hundred Board Activity Set, provides additional exercises for practice. This ‘game’ provides children with an understanding and opportunity to explore the sequence of numbers from 1 to 100. This activity reinforces the decimal system and the investigation of number patterns.

The Heart of Montessori Learning
In Montessori education, the importance of learning is not found only in the materials, but in the way they are introduced. The true magic lies in the prepared adult, the prepared environment, and the respectful relationship between adult and child. When this relationship is built on trust, respect, and authentic love, the child feels safe and inspired to explore. As Dr. Maria Montessori explained, it is through this deep connection that learning is joyfully and naturally absorbed. Montessori called h…
